Return Policy

All full-price online purchases are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange Only within 7 days of receiving the product(s). All orders undergo a quality check before being sent out. Lux Boutique product specialist is more than happy to assist you in selecting your items before you finalize your purchase.  To get assistance contact us via the website by sending an email and someone will respond within 24 hours or less.  If you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact Lux Boutique via the website by sending us an email with your reason for an exchange or store credit. 

Once your return has been and inspected, we will notify you via email to let you know your return has been received and if you request for exchange/store credit has been approved or rejected.  If you are approved, then your exchange or store credit will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be available for your next purchase.


Returnable Items Includes:

Unworn and Unwashed
All original tags must be attached to the original tagged area
Original invoice must be included with your return.
Any orders violating the return policy will not be approved for return or store credit.
All accessories and intimate items are FINAL Sales.


Exchange:

We cannot guarantee that your desired item for exchange will be available.
If you exchange with another item of lesser value, you will receive a store credit of the difference.  If you exchange with another item of a higher value, you are responsible to pay the difference.
All exchanges must be unworn and unwashed.
All original tags must be attached to the original tagged area.
We do not exchange any accessories or intimate items


Store Credit:

Expect to be emailed within 1-2 days of us receiving your return/exchange.  You will only receive Store Credit for your items purchased and returned, you will not receive credit for shipping. Store Credits less than $100 (less shipping) must be used within 60 days of issuance.  Store credits of $100 or more (less shipping) must be used within 120 days of issuance.   Once you have reached the allotted days for your store credit including any remaining balances resulting from partial use of a store credit it will be invalid/expired.  Store credits or remaining balances are not transferrable.

Sale Items (If applicable):

Only regular priced items may be exchanged.  Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. All Sale items are Final Sales. No Store Credit or Exchanges will be issued. What’s considered a Sale Item?

-Items marked down/discounted
-Items purchased with a “Promo” code


**IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.  Once you have been approved to return your purchase for exchange or store credit you will be given the shipping information for the return.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item(s) are returned to Lux Boutique’s shipping address provided in your approval email.  To ensure your items are received we suggest getting and keeping the tracking information to prove item(s) were returned to our address.  Without proof we will not issue a store credit or replace lost items during shipping.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Once returns are received you will be notified and, it usually takes approximately 10 business days to process your store credit and possibly longer during holiday seasons. It is very important to us for our customers to get their returns processed as quickly as possible and we will do everything within our power to do so. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers original purchase price and taxes. **Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee equal to 25% of the original purchase less shipping will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs. Lux Boutique will not be responsible for undeliverable packages due to an address issue, or not having a secure place for delivery.
